Orders over £50 (Pre VAT) FREE DELIVERY
Under £50 (Pre VAT) - Mainland UK £10.00
Under £100 (Pre VAT)Saturday Delivery £30.00
Over £100 (Pre VAT)Saturday Delivery £15.00

We can deliver your items before a set time on weekdays at the following rates:

Please note there is a premium for Delivery to some areas of Scotland. The mainly comprises the Highland and Islands - we suggest you call us and we can check your postcode before ordering.

We deliver to all of mainland United Kingdom including the Isle of Wight. 
 

Weekday Orders (Monday to Friday)

Orders received on weekdays (Monday to Friday) before 2pm are processed that day and are delivered the following working day between 8am and 5.30pm. Weekday orders received after 2pm are processed the next working day and are delivered the following working day between 8am and 5.30pm. 

You will receive an email from our us and also from our courier as soon as your order has been despatched. Within that email you will have the ability to track and trace your order.


Saturday Delivery
 
If you wish to book a Saturday delivery, please choose this as your delivery option in the checkout, otherwise the order will be treated as a weekday order. There is an additional charge of £30 unless you spend over £100 (then £15 will be duducted from Total Order), but it will arrive before midday.

You will receive an email from our us and also from our courier as soon as your order has been despatched. Within that email you will have the ability to track and trace your order.



Bank Holiday Delivery
 
Unfortunately we don't deliver on Bank Holidays but orders will be sent out on the next working day for delivery the day after. You may still make your order through the website, and we will set it up, but unfortunately our couriers don't work on Bank Holidays.
 

Special Instructions

Whilst we are able to accept special instructions to leave an order somewhere at the property (or with a neighbour), with this request the customer accepts full responsibility for the goods. We will not accept liability for loss or damage to goods once instructed to leave a delivery somewhere.


Failed Delivery

In the unfortunate event that no-one is available to receive the delivery, and the courier is unable to leave it somewhere, it is the customer’s responsibility to re-arrange the second attempt or collect the goods from the local depot. The goods will be held at the local depot for three working days following the first attempt, after which they will be returned to us. Upon their return we will issue a refund less a partial contribution, £10, to the cost of the return journey. In order to avoid disappointment we therefore recommend that you order your materials as early as possible.
